Dear Legion, I just wanted to take a moment to talk about something I’m really proud of. Forged in Battle and Shadow War—the first two books in my Command Decision series—are, in my opinion, some of the best work I’ve ever done. I am not blowing smoke here… this series is something special, very much like Stiger’s Tigers. I listened to the first chapter of the audiobook and just had one of those wow moments… “I can’t believe I wrote this…” It came out that good. If you haven’t checked this series out yet, now is the perfect time. My editor and the incredible team at Second Sky (Hachette) are awesome. They’ve been unbelievably supportive and instrumental in helping me take my writing to the next level. They’re also working hard to grow this series and get it in front of new readers—which, as you probably know, is no easy feat these days. Even if science fiction isn’t normally your thing, I’d love it if you gave this series a try—in audio, print, or ebook. I truly believe it’s something special and I am asking you to pick it up! And if you have read Forged in Battle already and enjoyed it, would you consider leaving a review on Amazon? It makes a huge difference in helping the book gain visibility and reach more readers. As always, thank you for your support. I couldn’t do this without you. All the best, You can get the book HERE. If for some reason the link does not work and redirect you to your country specific Amazon, you can find it by searching on Amazon and Audible: Forged in Battle A little about the book! On a routine diplomatic mission, Captain Jaxon Steele’s ship is orbiting a war-torn planet when the entire system erupts in rebellion. Missiles smash into Ranger’s shields. Communications are jammed. Enemy warships are closing in fast… Ranger is an advanced destroyer—fast, stealthy, and armed to the teeth—but she wasn’t built for heavy fighting, and a rebel battleship would tear her to shreds. Steele will need all his trickery and tactical genius to survive the first strike.
